- Hours Monday – Friday evening and weekend appt available.
- Drop Off hours for Service & Repairs Tuesday-Thursday 8am- 3pm
Repair Drop Off
- You can drop off your hearing aids anytime: even If we are not at the office. You will find a yellow envelope with information in the black box outside my office door. Fill out all the paperwork, put our hearing aid in the envelope with the paper & payment seal it and drop it in the grey box, pull the handle to access the small box drop. We will call when the hearing aid is repaired or cleaned, if there are additional cost or it is out of warranty, we will call to give you your options prior to repairing.
- If we are in the office, you will fill out the same paperwork, there will be a box to leave your hearing aid and paperwork in by the front desk. You can pick up at the end of the day, if you cannot get to the office during business hours, we will leave in the black mailbox. If a payment is due, it must be paid prior to repair.

- If the office is closed, Complete the paperwork, and drop in the box outside the office.
